]]>Potter founded People I’ve Loved in 2011 after leaving her job at Colpa Press to start a printing workshop of her own. She used the power of social media to transform her visual brand into a true sensation, and she’s now working with a team of like-minded people who are all trying to figure out what it means to exist in this time and space.
Potter’s illustrations experienced a huge boom on social media due to their relatable nature, and she’s a huge believer that people must have an emotional relationship with art to truly appreciate it.
“I gravitate toward art that is somehow reflective of my own experience – almost like holding up a mirror to a life that I either want or have had. Whenever I make something that is hard, painful, or beautiful, I have faith that the piece is comforting someone out there,” Porter told Samsung Newsroom.
“People I’ve Loved” is now followed by almost 900,000 people on Instagram, and Porter published three books under this moniker, in addition to selling everything from notepads and journals to greeting cards and gifts with her illustrations.

]]>Brisket walked into Powell’s life while he was scrolling through Instagram while filming his latest box office hit. It was love at first sight, and Powell decided to take the weekend off filming to fly to Los Angeles and adopt Brisket from the Labelle Foundation.
It didn’t take long for Brisket to become an important fixture on the set of Twisters, and every member of the cast and crew immediately fell in love with him. He sat in Powell’s chair, bonded with his co-stars, and brought everyone on set closer together. Once it was time to promote the film, Brisket joined Powell during red carpet events, interviews, and photoshoots, becoming somewhat of a Twisters mascot.
Despite being an integral part behind the success of Twisters, Brisket doesn’t actually appear in the movie. His absence inspired many viral tweets, including “RELEASE THE BRISKET CUT” by X user @kelsospade and Matt Bellassai’s “The way [Glen Powell] brought this dog to every press event for Twisters… Imagine my surprise when little miss Brisket was not in the film for even one second.”

]]>Relief art is a method of sculpting that sees the artist create pieces that are attached to a solid background, which usually consists of the same material. This gives sculptures a special effect in which they appear to emerge from the background they are attached to.
Behzadi usually creates his relief art on walls. Showcasing his creative process on social media, Behzadi can be seen applying plaster to the wall and creating a basic outline of an angel with spread wings and flowing hair. Then, he proceeds to carve out the final details before sanding the sculpture to give it its final appearance.
While the depiction of angels represents most of Behzadi’s creative output, the artist also creates relief art featuring other designs. This includes motifs from nature like feathers, leaves, and flowers.
Behzadi frequently shares his newest works on his Instagram page while also posting reels that give insight into his creative process. You can check out more of his relief art below.
