If your favorite cartoon character went to the supermarket, what do you think they would buy? This question captured Linda Bouderbala’s imagination, so much so that she dedicated a whole series of illustrations to it. In her funny series, characters like Spiderman and Popeye are seen as customers with their favorite items at the checkout register.
“I’m sure my favorite characters have needs too,” Bouderbala wrote on Bored Panda. “In our consumeristic society, I wondered what they could buy if they could do their shopping just like us in a supermarket. With all those mass market products within easy reach. Here’s the result of my imagination! Tell me what you buy and I will tell you who you are.”
