]]>According to his owner, Einstein (aka Panda) was found as a stray on Capitol Hill at about six months old. “He is happy, friendly, and goofy!” they told Hello Bark! “He loves to play with his dog and people friends alike, is a serious cuddler and with me, is absolutely the stereotypical ‘velcro dog,'” they went on to say.
Considered a great lap dog, his owner shared that Havanese dogs, in general, are very friendly and affectionate, and tend to be easy to train. “If Einstein could only do one thing for the rest of his life, it would be sitting in my lap kissing my face,” they note. “He is loyal almost to a fault, and attached to my heels wherever we go.”
His quirky personality also means there is never a dull moment with the pup, and luckily for us these moments are captured and shared on his Instagram page. “Havanese are also incredibly cute,” add the owner, “small, fluffy, and the perfect size to tote around town!”
Another reminder for potential pet owners to adopt—and not shop, this holiday season. Scroll down to see some recent photos of Einstein.

]]>However, when a Dachshund named Frank entered Arnold’s life, it all changed. Little Frank became Arnold’s therapist. He showed him how to regain his self-confidence and to play without any fear.
“The bond these two dogs have is just insanely beautiful. They are so connected and loving and supportive of one another,” Manalis explained to Carter News. “If one ever cries, the other one is there in half a second to check they are okay.”
Walks, hugs, naps, treats, and kisses are all that Arnold now knows, and there is no place for scare anymore. Although the Dachshund unconsciously played an important role in Arnold’s life, Frank thinks that the Weimar birder is this father.

]]>The post Dog Rescues Every Kitten in Cat Shelter appeared first on 5dwallpaper.com.
]]>He parents a lot of foster cats, loving them and caring for them until they find their forever homes. The kittens have either lost their moms or were abandoned by their owners.
Raylan had a rough start in life as well; he was adopted from a high-kill shelter where he was going to be euthanized and no one wanted him because he was too hyper and untrained.
Raylan’s owners told Bored Panda that “Raylan’s a very smart dog who is eager to please and up for any adventure.” They discovered his love for cats after they brought home their first foster kitten, Watson, six years ago when Raylan was only three-years-old. When they brought home Watson, the dog just wanted to play and care for the little kitten and luckily for Raylan, Watson is now his neighbor and they see each other often.
Raylan has cared for over 60 kittens during his nine years. His owner explained that he “cleans them constantly (which is very very helpful when they’re really young), as well as playing with them and carrying them around. He also stops them if they try to scratch the sofa.”
Raylan’s Instagram profile appropriately reads, “Raylan is a purebred mutt who enjoys getting beer for loved ones, road trips, and cuddling with his foster kittens.”

]]>“I am a smooth coated Brussels Griffon, which is a type of dog, not a woodland critter, gremlin, ewok or other mythical creature,” he notes on his personal website. Another tagline reads: “Just trying to make it in the hustle and Brussel of NYC.”
His nicknames include Sproutie, Sproutito, Bandito, Puppito, Puppers, Sweet Potato and, sometimes when he’s feeling especially cheeky, Sir Sproutie Von Brusselington. “On occasion, I engage in dog-like behavior, namely, playing fetch, barking incessantly at toys I have intentionally dropped off the couch, and zooming around the living room for no apparent reason,” claims his website.
According to his owner, Sprout gets extraordinarily pouty when he’s tired. But don’t feel bad for him. Judging by his Instagram page, this one pup lives a full, happy life.

]]>“He loves balancing,” assured his owners, Jennifer Scott and Paul Lavery, in an interview with BBC News, “some people message saying that he looks sad… but that’s just his face! Its how they look! He loves it.”
According to the couple, this balancing hobby began with a toy chicken. After throwing around the toy for some time, Lavery decided to try and balance it on his pupper’s head – which turned out to work incredibly well.
According to Scott and Lavery, Harlso has “the flattest head.” “He can’t do any normal tricks, sit or anything. Balancing things on his head is the only thing he can do,” they note. “Its all a bit of fun, but if any of the readers want to suggest something, he’ll give anything a go,” they added.

]]>Named after other famous Norberts, including the dragon from Harry Potter, the American mathematician and philosopher Norbert Wiener, and Saint Norbert of Xanten, the San Francisco Globe crowned the Instagram star as one of the internet’s most popular therapy dogs; and Time Magazine added that “his cuteness is transcendent”.
Indeed, you need only see his pink tongue poking out to realize his undeniable charm. Part Chihuahua part Small Poodle, he was born with dark brown fur which had slowly changed to white over the first two years of his life.
According to his owner Julie Steines, Norbert was adopted in 2009, when he was 4 months old. The only puppy in his litter, he was not in a shelter but needed a special kind of home due to his tiny size. Now a happy and healthy pooch, he volunteers at the Children’s Hospital in Los Angeles and by special request.
But you can also follow him on Instagram (because… look at that face!):

]]>Said to be the world’s littlest trendsetter (a fair description), Chewy works as both actor and model, featured in independent films like Humor Me. But when he’s not busy taking over the big and small screens, he likes dressing up and making appearances across North-America, hopping from one sunny patio to the next.
“He’s very aware and also curious,” his owner shared in an interview with Hello Bark. “He can tell how the people around him are feeling and will act accordingly. He loves playing fetch and find the toy,” she added, noting some of his favorite pastimes.
But life wasn’t always easy on the now vigorous pup. A rescue from Northern Ontario, Chewy was born sick and skittish, and his owners didn’t even know if he was going to make it. His bad health also meant he was wary of other people and liked hiding under the couch. According to his owners, it took his quite a while and a lot of patience to build a bond of trust.
But look at him now!

]]>Named after Robinson Crusoe, the extraordinary pup has a deep sense of adventure, traveling around the world with his parents to places like the Bahamas, France, Italy, Switzerland, and Mexico, as well as having toured all across the US and Canada.
Born in Montreal, he was raised near Mont Tremblant, Quebec for the first couple years of his life, but has since moved to Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. It was shortly into the first year of his life that he had his first debut on television, having won “best trick” at an annual wiener dog event. He has since won a People’s Choice Award for Animal Star of 2018. Oh, and he also has a New York Times Bestselling book.
But being small also has its faults. In 2016 he had to undergo surgery on his back for a ruptured disc. His surgery followed months of rehabilitation, which he passed with flying colors, and is now back to his happy little self. We wish him the best of luck on his many adventures.

On the more informative side, they explain that Tydus’ coat requires a lot of care as it matts if left unattended. “He has a large stature complimented with a big chest which is often overwhelming for people, not to mention all that fur makes him look bigger,” they say. They also have to watch out for the mischevious Trez, often heard telling Tydus to “stop it” and occasionally compliments him with a “good boy Tydus.”
“Today, our influence and followers continue to expand to new horizons,” note their owners. With almost 160k followers on Instagram, it’s clear there’s an audience for this sort of content. The two have also been featured on numerous websites and social media pages such as 9gag, The Dodo, and Unilad, making them local celebrities.
