Japanese Artist Masterfully Carves Fruits and Vegetables

Food artist, Gaku, elevates the ancient Japanese tradition of mukimono (food carving), turning it into pure art form, based on skill and practice.

Seeing decorations made out of carved vegetable and fruit is common in Japanese restaurants, but not all food carvers are the same.
