Rosa is an Italian artist with almost 650,000 Instagram followers under her belt, who enjoyed scribbling from an early age. She decided to pursue her love for art by getting a degree in graphic design and explored her dream of being a film director during her master’s studies before going back to the drawing board.
Rosa always enjoyed drawing people and exploring the complex thoughts that go inside their heads through her thought-provoking illustrations.
“My drawings are kind of like a peek into my head, showing the twists and turns of my everyday life, the vibe of my thoughts, and the tricky bits of my challenges. I don’t really use art as a ‘social tool’; it’s more like my personal venting session,” she told Bored Panda.
Rosa’s illustrations often tackle many injustices we face in the modern world, exploring such topics as gender inequality, body positivity, and mental health.
