If you grew up reading Peanuts comics and wished you had a dog just like Snoopy, you’re not alone. One woman actually made it happen, and her dog Bayley Sheepadoodle became a true Instagram sensation because it looks like a dead ringer for Charlie Brown’s dog.
This two-year-old sheepadoodle is followed by over 360,000 people on Instagram, even though it’s only been around six months since she joined this social media platform. Her page quickly blew up because people immediately noticed she was a spitting image of Snoopy.
The similarity between this fictional dog and Bayley is truly uncanny, which is quite interesting since they’re not even the same breed. Bayley is a cross between a black miniature poodle (her dad) and an Old English sheepdog (her mom), while Snoopy has been described as a beagle on Peanuts’ official website.
Even though they’re completely different breeds, the two pups share many physical traits, including their black button nose, floppy ears, and sweet dark eyes. In addition to posing for photos, Bayley also enjoys eating treats and playing with toys.
