Moo, is one of the cutest puppies we’ve seen in a while on social media—he’s a Dachshund that looks like he’s half Dalmatian or cow, due to his spotted body. The seven-month-old dog is brown and black on his head like a typical Dachshund, and white with black spots on the rest of his body, like a Dalmation.
He has piebald fur, which is when an animal has unpigmented, white spots on a pigmented background, and it makes him look like he’s wearing an adorable doggy sweater.
His owner Victoria Hoffman from Miami, Florida said Moo’s markings are what makes him special and that they get stopped by people take pictures with the unique dog. People just can’t believe that the dog isn’t wearing a coat or pajamas and they’re surprised when they realize that the spots are part of Moo’s natural coat.
Moo’s personality is just as quirky as his spots, ‘Moo doesn’t just have a special coat, but a special personality as well. He has lots of attitude and is super cuddly and sweet as well,” she told the Daily Mail.
Some of the things Moo likes best are stashing his toys in one spot, watermelon and almonds, and taking naps on his back under his bed. Life with Moo is anything but boring, “I never get bored or lonely having Moo around,” she continued.
