Not having the slightest idea of what impact my creations could have on the world, until now. I have seen and felt the influence art can have on this world. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I remember when I conceived the idea for this piece. I wanted to create an artwork that could somehow change the world. The idea took me long a time to digest. With two years in the making, I was finally able to complete it with little to no sleep for many nights. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ It’s feels like the most important piece of my career so far. Not only because it has been the most time consuming and comprehensive, but also because I want this piece to make a difference in the world. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ It's my abstract interpretation of a better world. A world in harmony, a world of life.” – Mikael ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ #mikaelb #worldoflife #artwareness @tpw_foundation #theperfectworldfoundation #graffiti #abstractworld #worldmap #geometric #abstractart #postgraffiti #urbancontemporary #fineart

“I’ve been obsessed with expressing myself in a visual way since I was very young,” the artist shared with Bored Panda. “Not having the slightest idea of what impact my creations could have on the world, until now. I have seen and felt the influence art can have on this world.”

In just two years Brandrup has worked with big clients such as Google, LinkedIn, Nike, and American Express. He has also had numerous gallery exhibitions through the US.

In his latest project, he created an abstract interpretation of a better world, “a world in harmony, a world of life.” According to the artist, it’s the most important piece of his career, so far.

“I remember when I conceived the idea for this piece,” he added. “I wanted to create an artwork that could somehow change the world. The idea took me long a time to digest. With two years in the making, I was finally able to complete it with little to no sleep for many nights.”

I’m excited to unveil a very special piece to me tomorrow. The idea for this piece goes way back. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I’ve been obsessed expressing my self in a visual way since I was very little. Not having the slightest idea what impact my creations could have on the world. Until now. I have seen and I have felt, what influence art can have on this world. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I remember when I got the idea for this piece. I wanted to create a piece that somehow could change the world. The idea took me a long time to digest. With two years in the making, I was finally able to complete it with little to no sleep for many nights. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ It’s probably the most important piece of my career so far. Not only because it’s the most time consuming and comprehensive but also because I want this piece to help change the world. It's my abstract interpretation of a better world. A world in harmony, a world of life. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ “World of Life” limited editions are releasing tomorrow Sep.4th @ 8am PST on Mikael-B.com. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ #mikaelb #worldoflife #studioshot #progress #abstractart #geometric #urbancontemporary #postgraffiti #graffiti #wildstyle #urbanart #artwareness #worldmap
