John Sutton is a Canada-based artist who makes webcomics about a bungling scientist and his robot sidekick. His drawing journey began about six years ago when he showed his illustrations to his coworkers, who suggested him to start posting them online.
“About six years ago, although I’m not a scientist (or even closely related to any scientific field), I started drawing comics about a bungling scientist and his robot sidekick”, the artist explained. “After six years, a huge learning curve, and a lot of self-doubts, I really feel like these comics have come a long way.”
Sutton now shares The Petri Dish comics on his Instagram account and on his website.
