Dariia Dziuba is a Montreal-based artist with a passion for drawing cats and cute animals. She began her artistic journey back in 2016 and one of her first creations was inspired by her friends’ cats. Since then, she can’t stop drawing them. Dziuba has even created a series of illustrations where she imagined a girl named Sam and her feline Mia.
“At first, I usually visualize a drawing like a movie that keeps playing in front of my eyes and all I have to do is to stop it at the right scene and – voila – the idea is ready,” the artist shared on Bored Panda. “I have to be careful with that because sometimes ideas come up to me when I am riding a bicycle and it can be very distracting because the road almost disappears.”
All of her creations are done by using pend and watercolor, and she imagines the drawing process as her spa because it makes her feel so relaxed and renewed.
