Lauren Ko makes these unique, artistic desserts that will instantly make you go hungry. She specializes in geometric patterns, contrasting colors, and bold lines. Creative use of flavors, textures, and colors brings these pies to another level, making them much more than just food.

San Diego-born Lauren lives in Washington today and has her own confectionery, Loko Kitchen. She never had any professional training whatsoever. She just loves art and baking enough to invest thousands of hours in perfecting her pies.

Stripe for the picking. 👌🏽| Hey, blue there! Guess what? I’m hosting the ultimate pie workshop @bowhillblueberries this summer on August 4. We’ll start the afternoon with a farm tour, a bloob tasting, and a U-pick blueberry session! Then we’ll make some berry-colored crust and cram our pies full of freshly picked fruit.
