The illustrator from Wellington, New Zealand worked on several series of webcomics before this one become a sensation, and it all started as a happy accident. He initially drew a silly webcomic about a doofus knight looking for a sword, and it was such a huge success that he wanted to keep it up because it was obvious that he tapped into something special.
A few years down the road, Wills is making several Swords Comic a week, and he’s showing no signs of stopping. He built a whole lore, with the most beloved characters he keeps on revesting time and time again. His main mission is to put a silly twist on familiar fantasy tropes, but he’s no stranger to addressing current events through his comics.
