Iantha Naicker paints with ants – real ants that she lures with sugar so that they create shapes she wants. “It gets tricky because they move around quickly and I have to record as fast as I can,” the artist says.
To create paintings like these must be taking a lot of time and patience, but Naicker is ready to do it no matter what it takes. She says she’s still learning about photography, so we can safely assume her skill will only improve over time.
