German Illustrator Draws Animals One Dot at a Time

Thi, an artist, graphic designer, and illustrator from Berlin, draws animals and people, often using the dotwork technique.

“The reason why I’ve decided to dot animals is that I’m always looking for inner peace,” she explained. “I’m spending a lot of time on artwork. And of course, I’m thinking about a lot of things while doing this. And I found out about myself that I feel more peace and happiness by dotting animals, because in nature, there is no good and evil. Everything is as it should be. It’s pure and it’s natural.”
