Comedian Jeff Wysaski has made a name for himself with hilarious tweets and funny stunts like leaving fake reviews in IKEA stores. His Obvious Plant project, however, might be his best effort.
Obvious Plant sees Wysaski planting all kinds of hilarious fake items like fliers, packaged products, and books in retail stores for shoppers to find and get puzzled by. His works are often related to pop culture and include nods to Sesame Street, Star Wars and The Simpsons.
The items Wysaski plants range from pre-cracked eggs and an almost empty bottle of ketchup produced by Hardly Foods to a version of Star Wars’ character Darth Wader called Evil Steve.
