]]> You might’ve heard about 2D animator and illustrator named Anja Shu who imagined animals being on a lunch break. This time, the artist who has worked in different areas in production, like storyboarding, art direction, character design, and animation made a series of drawings of her favorite actor, Tom Hanks.

“Tom Hanks is one of my all-time favorite actors,” the artist shared with Bored Panda. “His performance is truly remarkable in so many movies! So I decided to put together all of my favorite characters played by this Oscar-winning actor and draw them in my style.”

Shu, whose digital artwork looks like watercolor, shares her illustrations on her Instagram account.

Except for animals on lunch breaks and Tom Hanks, the artist draws a number of animated features films, short series, commercials, and games. She likes to say that “her personal work captures kindness, heartwarming feelings and sunny days.”
